I just finished Boys Adrift: The Five Factors Driving the Growing Epidemic of Unmotivated Boys and Underachieving Young Men by Leonard Sax, another book about how modern society is toxic for my son, whose testosterone is depleted by plastics and whose brain is crippled by video games, and whose curiousity is stifled by girl-centric schools. It gets worse in middle school. Cheery! He apparently should be sent out in the woods to learn from bears. Boy bears. More seriously, I'm interested in what X thought of this book, since he stole it from me and read it first.
X read another 60 minutes, and it was the D&D book. Then he wondered off into the sunshine or whatever that bright light is outside.
